Create and distribute a monthly community newsletter filled with local community events, community stories, an activities calendar, or other announcements. Newsletters can be delivered electronically by email or as printed pages to your member’s list. For those that are comfortable with computers, consider using free software such as Mailchimp that is designed for this purpose.
To foster inclusivity and engagement try to translate key messages into the major languages you hear or know are used in your community.
