Waterloo Region Principals Beta Test our PrincipalBOT
PrincipalBOT is part of a SSHRC-funded research project in collaboration with Dr. Steve Sider from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Yesterday, we hosted principals and vice principals from Waterloo Region District School Board and the Waterloo Catholic District Schoolboard at Communitech.
They were helping us beta test PrincipalBot, an AI chatbot that will help principals get the latest information about schoolboard policies, procedures, and guidelines. We're developing this AI chatbot in collaboration with Dr. Steve Sider from the Faculty of Education at Wilfrid Laurier University. This is part of a SSHRC-funded study examining how school principals support students with special education needs in their schools.
